We provide an online service that facilitates the process of obtaining travel authorizations allowing foreign travelers to visit New Zealand. Our agents assist you in the process of obtaining the Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA) issued by the New Zealand Government.

Independent Service

NZeTA Online Visa offers a support service to assist with obtaining a travel authorization for New Zealand. It is possible to obtain a travel authorization independently, without the use of our service. This website is a private, independent platform and is not connected to the official website of the New Zealand Government or any embassy.

Application Processing

After completing the application form on our website, your request for travel authorization will be submitted for processing. The NZeTA must be approved by the New Zealand Government. In most cases, applications are processed and approved within 72 hours. However, delays may occur due to incorrect or incomplete information, or electronic transmission issues. Once authorization is granted, our team will send the approved NZeTA to your registered email address. Please note that in some cases the New Zealand Government may take up to 7 working days to respond.

NZeTA Validity

NZeTA authorizations are generally valid for 2 years from the date of approval, or until your passport expires, whichever comes sooner. During the period of validity, you may travel to New Zealand multiple times without needing to apply for a new authorization.

Payment and Data Accuracy

Before making payment, you will have the opportunity to review the accuracy of all information entered and make any necessary corrections. It is important that all information is correct before proceeding with your application. After confirming your details, you will be prompted to enter your payment information to complete the transaction.

Privacy

We use the information we collect solely to provide the services you request. We do not share your personal information with third-party marketers. However, we are required to share your information with the New Zealand Government in order to process your travel authorization. If you do not wish to provide your personal information, we may not be able to assist you in obtaining your NZeTA.
