The New Zealand Business eTA (NZeTA) is the entry authorization required for business travelers from visa-waiver countries visiting New Zealand for short-term business purposes. It allows professionals, entrepreneurs, and investors to attend meetings, conferences, trade fairs, and business negotiations for up to 90 days per visit — without needing a traditional business visa. The NZeTA is applied for entirely online and is valid for 2 years from the date of approval, allowing multiple entries.

NZeTA applications are typically processed within 72 hours. It is advisable to apply well in advance of your planned travel date to avoid any last-minute complications.
Your passport must be valid for at least three months beyond your intended departure date from New Zealand and must have blank pages available for entry stamps.
