Application Submission

Once you have submitted your New Zealand eTA application through this website, we will begin the submission process to the New Zealand Immigration authorities immediately.

Cancellation and Refund Conditions

The following conditions apply to all cancellation and refund requests:

  • Application not yet submitted: If your application has not yet been submitted to the New Zealand Government for approval, a cancellation fee applies per application. If you wish to cancel, please contact our support team.
  • Application already submitted: Once your application has been submitted to the New Zealand Government for approval, no refund can be made.
  • Duplicate applications: If a duplicate application has been submitted in error, a full refund will be issued for the duplicate payment only.
  • Unused NZeTA: NZeTA fees are non-refundable if you choose not to use your approved NZeTA, as the service has already been performed.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be available in the following circumstances:

  • Your NZeTA application has been rejected by New Zealand Immigration or by a decision of the New Zealand Government.
  • There are delays due to technical issues on the New Zealand Government website, such as system errors or scheduled maintenance.

Refund Timeline

Please note that the refund process takes up to 20 business days from the date of approval. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact us for a status update.

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact our support team via the Contact Us page. Please include your application reference number and the email address used during your application to help us process your request promptly.
